Your Privacy Rights

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This page explains the privacy rights you may have, depending on where you live, and how to use them with Click Ads LLC, the company that operates CalmComet. It complements our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

What we hold about you

CalmComet has no user accounts, so we hold very little information about you: server access logs linked to your IP address (kept for up to 30 days) and any emails you send us. Advertising data linked to cookies is held by Google and the other ad companies; you can control it directly with the tools below, and if you ask us, we will point you to the right place.

Choices available to everyone

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling for advertising;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
  • complain to a data protection authority, such as your national authority listed by the European Data Protection Board or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

If you live in the United States

Residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas) may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • not be discriminated against for using these rights;
  • appeal our decision if we decline a request.

What we collect. In the last 12 months we collected: identifiers, such as your IP address and cookie identifiers; internet activity, such as the pages you view on CalmComet; approximate location derived from your IP address; and the content of any email you send us. Advertising partners may draw inferences about your interests. We collect this from you and your device, use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and disclose it to our hosting provider and advertising partners. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing Google and other ad companies to use cookies for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under California and other state laws. To opt out, turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center, use the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out and email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

California residents can find more information from the California Attorney General.

Other countries

If you live in another country with a data protection law, such as Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA) or Australia (Privacy Act), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request

  1. Email contact@calmcomet.com with the subject "Privacy request", or write to Click Ads LLC, 6221 Saint Ives Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819, United States.
  2. Tell us which right you want to use. For requests about server logs, include the approximate date and time of your visit and your IP address so we can find the records.
  3. We may ask for information to confirm that the request is yours, and we use it only for that. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
  4. We reply within the time set by the law that applies to you, for example one month under the GDPR and 45 days under California law, extended only when the law allows. If we decline a request, we will explain why; you can appeal by replying with the word "Appeal", and we will answer within the time your law requires.

Using your privacy rights is free of charge.
